When talking about the door system that requires the least storage space, takes up the least opening space, but offers free spaces around the system the most, most designers would undeniably think of the Pocket Door system. With this system, the door will be stored “within” the space of the walls. The door can be left open to connect between two rooms without the door being visible, or it will smoothly become part of the wall when being shut.

However, even though the Pocket Door system can provide a nice touch to the interior design with such harmonious lines between the door and the walls, the system is proven to be challenging when it comes to installation. Some common issues that can be found when installing a pocket door system are leveling, straightness, walls construction, the final touch of the door frame on the wall, and long-term maintenance for the trolley and tracks.

All components are designed to take up the least space. The track, trolley, supporting rails, and wall frame are designed to perfectly, and easily, fit into each other. This results in a clean-looking installation. Specially-made maintenance void is also provided for easy access for maintenance and repair of track and trolley system. All components are produced with an automation system in Italy so the customers can be assured of the accuracy and precision of all the parts. This makes the installation a lot easier and it will make a big difference in installation time when it is required to install a big number of pocket door systems in the same project.

Plasterwork

  • For wall thickness of 100 mm ( 75 mm bricks ), and 125 mm ( 100 mm bricks )
  • Mesh grids are provided on the side wall of the pocket door to finish with the plasterwork.

Plasterboard

  • For wall thickness of 100 mm ( 75 mm C-Line ), and 125 mm ( 100 mm C-Line )
  • Structures are provided on the side wall of the pocket door to finish with the plasterboard.

For the door itself, customer can choose to install regular door with variation of finishings such as glass, wood veneers, laminated sheets, and paints, or ADR Acoustic door to enhance more privacy between rooms.
